  • If my jewellery is broken after opening package, can I repair? Any warranty?
    Yes. We can offer 7 day warranty after selling. But we will not cover shipping cost. Please email the photo of the product and invoice no. to bastet.jewellery@outlook.com. We will instruct you the next steps.
  • Can I buy the jewellery creation by PayPal?
    Yes. You can. Please contact us at bastet.jewellery@outlook.com. We can instruct you the steps.
  • Can I use any Gift Cards?
    We will launch some gift cards in the future. But not for now!
  • Do you sell Jewellery boxes?
    No. We do not sell any Jewellery Boxes. But if you want to get our Bastet Jewellery Box, please send a message in chat-box. We can provide a jewellery box with extra charge. Keep your jewellery safe with our range of jewellery boxes in different sizes with a logo embossed lid. Please note our jewellery boxes are not tarnish free, to keep your jewellery sparkling we recommend to use our jewellery care kit and polishing cloth.
